Another fabulous makeup must have. I think any girl who wears blush should seriously have a few tarte cheek stains in their make-up collection. The cheek stains are a best seller for Tarte Cosmetics and rightfully so because these things are a miracle sent from above. Its not powder or cream base. Its an all natural water base cosmetic which makes it all weather resistent. Once you apply it and give it about 10-20 seconds to dry it will not move until you wash it off with soap and water. I actually watched a review about these stains on youtube. It was reviewd by, in my opinion, one of the best online make-up reviewers. Her name is Irene and her handle is pinkiecharm and she has reviewed just about any must have make-up product out there. After I watched her review and before I actually purchased the product, I had to try it. I had received a free sample of the dollface shade after I had cashed in a few hundred of my several thousand sephora points. I am honestly afraid of any make-up that will not come off without me touching it or wiping it with a wet cloth it makes me feel like its too permanent. Like how mascara and eyeliner lingers on your eyes a day or two after you’ve washed it off, even with make-up remover (I HATE THAT) But I decided to try it. I wasn’t going anywhere important for a couple of days so if I had bright pink cheeks while at the supermarket I figured that would be okay. So I applied it and true to its word it did not budge. I wiped it with my hand, a wet paper towel and even a wet wash cloth and still it remained. I then washed it off with a mixture of water and dove soap and viola’ it was completely gone. I was sold and couldn’t wait to get a bunch of them.

I got them in:

Tickled

Flush

Green Siren

Dollface was a little bright for my complexion and not in terms of uber pink, but it was almost to light to show up, and it just added a shimmer to my face which I didn’t like. The point of blush, to me, is to add color. If you are interested in purchasing these cheek stains I strongly recommend that you watch this video review here:

You’ll be a little freaked out with the colors. Tickled looks almost black in color but that is not how it comes out when you actually apply it. Its a beautiful plumish tone which is great for copper skinned girls like myself. Try it out and if you have any comments or questions please do not hesitate to ask. Everything I review on this site I am either presently using or am going to use once I purchase it so I will be able to answer any questions you have.
